Shirley Wiliani is an experienced CPA and MBA with a strong background in leading accounting and finance departments. Shirley has served as President of A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions since 2010, where they guide clients and the team, provides CFO advisory services, and focuses on strategic and business development initiatives. In addition, Shirley has held roles as a Board Member and General Auditor at Financial Executives International from 2012 to 2017, and as CFO and Principal at Menemsha Development Group, Inc. from 2007 to 2013. Shirley has also served as a Board Member and Treasurer at Construction Financial Management Association in 2012. Prior to these positions, Shirley was Senior VP of Finance at Incase, Controller/CFO at Moldwash USA, Betanix, Inc., and Morwear Manufacturing, Inc., and Controller at Performance Designed Products LLC. Shirley began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, where they worked until 2000. Throughout their career, Shirley has been successful in securing financing and contributing to significant sales growth.
Shirley Wiliani, CPA, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1997. Shirley later pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at USC Marshall School of Business from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California State Board of Accountancy in 2005. In 2014, Shirley became a Certified Predictive Index Analyst after completing the program offered by The Predictive Index.
