Leonard Pictet has a strong background in the luxury watch industry, with significant experience at A. Lange & Söhne and Jaeger-LeCoultre. Leonard joined A. Lange & Söhne in 2016 as the Brand Manager for Switzerland & UK, and later became the Client Director for Europe in 2022. Prior to this, Leonard worked at Jaeger-LeCoultre, where they held various roles including Marketing Coordinator, Account & Training Manager, and Event and PR Coordinator. Leonard played a key role in implementing marketing strategies for Jaeger-LeCoultre in Switzerland, which is the brand's second largest market.
Leonard Pictet completed their Master's degree in International Development & African Studies at The University of Edinburgh from 2009 to 2010. Leonard then pursued a Certificat d'aptitude professionnelle (CAP) in Marketing Strategy in the Digital Age at IMD in 2020.
