Shannon Lepre

Shannon Lepre has extensive experience in various roles within technology and service-oriented organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at A-LIGN since November 2016, Shannon has contributed to the company’s mission of providing security and compliance services to over 2,400 global organizations. Previously, Shannon served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at A-LIGN and Sales Support Senior, where responsibilities included managing sales contracts, maintaining CRM data, and enhancing customer relations. Earlier experience includes roles at Kush Supply Co. as Executive Assistant, at Small Business Growth Alliance as National Sales Representative, and as Shift Supervisor at 211 Big Bend. Shannon holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Biology from Florida State University.
