Alissa Brown

Alissa Brown has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alissa'smost recent position is as a Project Manager at A M King since their start in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager from July 2020 to June 2022 and as a Project Engineer from January 2018 to July 2020, both at A M King as well.

Before joining A M King, Alissa held roles at Clemson University Campus Activities and Events, where they were a Tiger Nights Advisory Board Student Assistant from August 2017 to December 2017. Alissa also worked at Clemson University Housing and Dining as an Office Assistant from March 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as an Intern at Evans General Contractors in June 2017, and as a Cooperative Education Intern at Professional Engineering Associates, Inc. from January 2016 to June 2017.

Alissa's earlier work experience includes being an Assistant Geodetic Technician at the South Carolina Department of Transportation in May 2015, a Desk Supervisor at Clemson University Housing and Dining Summer Programs in May 2014, and a Gymnastics Instructor at Kelly's Gymnastics from March 2013 to August 2013.

Alissa Brown completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering at Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Trenching and Excavation Competent Person, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Superintendent, Fall Protection Competent Person, Silica in Construction Competent Person, OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and Health, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens. These certifications were obtained between the years 2018 to 2022 from institutions such as Procore Technologies, SafeDay Inc., OSHA, and the American Red Cross.
