Drew Xavier has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Director of National Sales at A.M. Leonard, a role they have been in since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DH Pace Company, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Residential Aftermarket Sales. Prior to their tenure at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Drew worked at TruGreen as a Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2001.

Drew Xavier completed their high school education at Milton Hershey School, earning a Diploma in General Studies in 1996. They then attended The University of New Mexico from 1996 to 2001, studying Business Administration and Management. In 2007, Drew obtained a Certificate in Lean Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. They also pursued further education at The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business, earning a Certificate in Consumer Services and Advocacy in 2007, and another Certificate in the same field from 2008 to 2009.
