Patricia Hartman

Patricia (Pat) Hartman is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development, currently serving as the VP, Head of Learning and Leadership Development at A-MAX Auto Insurance since September 2017. In this role, Patricia leads talent development strategies that enhance human performance and drive business outcomes, earning recognition with two AXIS Awards from the ATD Dallas Chapter in 2021. Prior experience includes tenure as an independent consultant, VP of Training & Development at Nationstar Mortgage, and various leadership positions across organizations such as the Plano Housing Authority, Great Western Financial Services, Bank of America, and Countrywide Home Loans. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Training from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Texas Southern University.
