Jeff S. McKay

Jeff S. McKay, P.E. has gained extensive work experience in the field of engineering, progressing through various roles in different companies. Starting their career in 1994 at Dewberry as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, they later worked at Centex Homes as a Land Development Project Manager. Jeff S. then transitioned to URS Corporation as a Senior Project Manager before eventually joining AMT Engineering. At AMT, they served as an Associate before being promoted to Vice President and Director of Transportation in 2013.

Jeff S. McKay, P.E. graduated from Virginia Tech in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Jeff S. also obtained certifications as an Associate DBIA from the Design-Build Institute of America in 2011 and as a URS Certified Project Manager from URS Corporation in 2010.
