Richard S. Khalil

As a Chief Financial Officer, Rich brings more than 30 years of financial and operational management experience to AMT with a majority of those years expertise being in the professional services environment. In his role, Rich directs all financial aspects of the business including, accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis and monitoring of the company’s financial performance. In addition he assists in managing future growth and direction of the company through corporate structure , possible acquisitions and ventures. He regularly facilitates the financial needs with clients and contracts including overhead reporting and compliance that is required for all federal, state and local contacts. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and currently serves as a Trustee for the ACEC Retirement Trust.
