Heather Stenz is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and onboarding practices. Currently serving as Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Generalist Lead at A New Leaf since March 2021, Heather previously held positions at Elevation from April 2015 to October 2020, where significant contributions included developing a comprehensive employee onboarding process that enhanced new hire engagement and confidence. Earlier experience includes roles as Utilities Manager at Elevation, where team efficiency and customer experience were prioritized, Office Manager at Legends Collision Center focusing on client coordination, and Customer Service Area Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores, overseeing operations and team performance.

A New Leaf accomplishes its mission by building a community for self-reliance, teaching life skills, sharing tools, and partnering with stakeholders. We provide housing solutions, foster care, financial counseling, community outreach, youth support, and individual and family residential services -- a total of 30+ programs across the Phoenix metro area. And we deliver these life-saving services through the work of our generous supporters and donors, committed volunteers, and energetic staff.
