A New Leaf
Susan Lullo is a dedicated social service professional with extensive experience in senior care and support services. Currently serving as the Social Service Director at Friendship Village Tempe since December 2018, Susan interfaces with residents and their families to enhance resident satisfaction and independence through life transitions. Additionally, Susan has held the role of Ambassador at Cadence at Gateway since October 2018 and has been involved with A New Leaf since February 2016, where responsibilities have included Manager of Internal Support Services and Administrator of Support Services. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Assistant at Hospice of the Valley from June 2011 to February 2016. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.

A New Leaf's mission is helping families, changing lives. We work for the independence of individuals and families, served through our domestic violence shelters, homeless programs, youth development and community services. A New Leaf accomplishes its mission by building a community for self-reliance, teaching life skills, sharing tools, and partnering with stakeholders. We provide housing solutions, foster care, financial counseling, community outreach, youth support, and individual and family residential services -- a total of 30+ programs across the Phoenix metro area. And we deliver these life-saving services through the work of our generous supporters and donors, committed volunteers, and energetic staff.
