Erich Lego

Erich Lego has a diverse work experience in supply chain planning and management. Erich started their career at The J.M. Smucker Co. in 2010, where they worked as an Inventory Control Analyst from May 2010 to September 2011. Erich then transitioned to the role of Master Production Scheduler from September 2011 to May 2014, and later became the Production Planning Manager from May 2014 to November 2018.

In 2018, Erich moved to Gates Corporation and served as the Senior Manager- S&OP from November 2018 to February 2023.

Currently, Erich is working at A. O. Smith Corporation as the Director of Supply Chain Planning since February 2023.

Erich Lego obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College between 2005 and 2009. In addition, Erich Lego has obtained certifications in Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2024 and 2016 respectively.
