Melissa Scheppele

Melissa Scheppele is the Senior Vice President at A. O. Smith. Melissa has held this position since July 2020. Previously, they were the CIO and VP of Information Technology at Triumph Group from May 2016 to July 2020. Melissa was responsible for leading a streamlined IT organization to achieve Triumph Group's short and long term business objectives.

From January 2006 to December 2011, Melissa Scheppele served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cooper Industries (Eaton Corporation). In this role, they were responsible for the company's information technology strategy and operations.
