Michele Blake

Michele Blake is a seasoned professional in talent development and training, currently serving as the Corporate Talent Development Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation since August 2020. Previously, Michele held the position of Training and Development Manager at Regal Beloit Corporation from August 2011 to August 2020, overseeing corporate training initiatives. Prior to that, Michele worked at A.O. Smith as the Division Manager Global Talent & Communications from October 1999 to August 2011, where responsibilities included talent management and the design of learning and development strategies. Michele began a career in training management at MidWest Micro from 1993 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Urbana University and a High School Diploma from Troy High School.
