Joana Soares

Joana Soares is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and learning and development, currently serving as the Corporate Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development Manager at Nors Group since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at BA Glass as a Corporate Learning and Development Specialist, and Jerónimo Martins as a Young Talent Programmes Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing trainee programs and employer branding initiatives. Joana began their career in human resources with a consultant role at RAY Human Capital Portugal and an HR internship at Philip Morris International, after early experiences in sales at PULL&BEAR and Springfield. Joana co-founded Rhumo Junior Empresa, a human resources consultancy, and holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Work Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra.
