Shannon Fitzgerald

Shannon Fitzgerald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise excellence, process improvement, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Enterprise Excellence Director at A. O. Smith Corporation since July 2019, Shannon previously held several significant roles at Schneider Electric, including GSC HR Projects Senior Manager and Process Improvement Specialist, where responsibilities included managing HR projects and leading lean initiatives. Earlier career experiences include positions as Manufacturing Project Engineer at Hennessy Industries and Manufacturing Engineer at Holley Performance Products, focusing on project management, process optimization, and product introduction. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and has a foundational education from Spelman College.
