France Bourgouin

France Bourgouin is an experienced professional with a focus on sustainability, ESG strategy, and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of ESG at A.P. Moller Holding and an Industry Fellow at DTU Entrepreneurship, Bourgouin has previously held significant roles such as Chairperson of the Board at Uvisa Health and Director of Global Sustainability at LEO Pharma, where a new sustainability function was established and science-based climate targets were set. With extensive experience at Ørsted and BSR, Bourgouin has led initiatives aimed at improving sustainable supply chains and addressing human rights issues. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Sociology and Anthropology from Lund University and a Master of Arts in Economic Geography from the University of the Witwatersrand.
