Throughout their career at various companies such as A Padaria Portuguesa, sacolinha, and Panisol, Cátia has consistently shown dedication and skill in their roles as a store manager. Cátia has received multiple awards for their outstanding performance, including managing the store with the highest annual growth and lowest absenteeism at A Padaria Portuguesa. Prior to their career in retail management, Cátia also served as a military recruit specializing in infantry. Cátia holds a Level 4 degree in Humanities from Escola Secundária de Cascais Polivalente.
