Burch also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Made Ya Smile Dental and a brief tenure in Human Resources at Midwestern Services, Inc. Notably, at Methodist Retirement Communities, Burch advanced from Director of Human Resources to Corporate Associate Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations for over 600 employees. Earlier experience includes managing human resources at Lowe's Home Improvement. Educational credentials include studies at Angelina College and Martinsville School.
