Heather Harrington

Heather Harrington serves as the President of A-Plus Meetings & Incentives, overseeing operations, sales, client relationships, and process improvement for a team of 30 and a $40M P&L since 2018, after initially joining as a Marketing Consultant in 2017. Prior to this role, Harrington was the Vice President of Marketing & Inside Sales at District Management Group, leading rebranding initiatives and enhancing the user experience through a website overhaul. At Staples, Harrington held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing for the B2B division, where responsibilities included directing a team of 60 and managing a $30M budget, generating $7B in annual revenue. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College and Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.
