Janet Brumbaugh

Janet Brumbaugh is an accomplished career coach and executive recruiter with a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years. Currently serving as an Executive and Senior Level Career Coach at A Portland Career since January 2016, Janet consults with clients from diverse industries, leveraging expertise gained from more than 25 years in executive recruitment. Janet founded Janet Brumbaugh & Associates in October 2004, focusing on executive and senior-level recruitment. Previously, Janet worked as an Executive Recruiter at RWJ & Associates from 1992 to 2000 and as a Recruiter at AppleOne Employment Services from 1986 to 1992, where notable achievements included winning the company’s inaugural client loyalty award. Janet holds a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in Education/History from the University of Maryland.
