Lisa Crouch serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Carma, Inc. since February 2022, following a distinguished career in customer operations and process architecture across multiple organizations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cologix, Inc. where responsibilities encompassed process architecture, software quality assurance, and training related to CRM and ERP functionality. Crouch's extensive background in the telecommunications sector includes significant positions at Level 3 Communications, where contributions involved managing order provisioning, process improvement, and program management. Additionally, Crouch has been actively volunteering with A Precious Child since 2009. Crouch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

We envision a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community. A Precious Child serves children and families in eight Colorado counties, including Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson and Weld.
