Nichole Everman (Karpinsky) has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Nichole worked as the Chief Operating Officer at A Precious Child since April 2020, where they play a key role in overseeing the organization's operations. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at the same organization from November 2019 to April 2020. Before their leadership roles, Nichole worked as the Director of Volunteer Services at A Precious Child from December 2017 to November 2019, where they managed all aspects of the volunteer program. Nichole also held the position of Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager at the organization from June 2016 to December 2017, taking responsibility for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers. Nichole started their journey with A Precious Child as a Volunteer Coordinator in February 2016, where they coordinated volunteer activities.

In addition to their experience at A Precious Child, Nichole served as the Community Outreach and Program Coordinator at Singleton Moms from March 2014 to January 2016. Nichole was responsible for various outreach and program coordination activities. Nichole also worked as a Community Program Outreach Intern at Coconino Coalition For Children & Youth from May 2013 to August 2013, where they gained experience in community program outreach.

Throughout their career, Nichole Everman has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively manage volunteers, develop programs, and contribute to the success of organizations focused on child welfare and community outreach.

Nichole Everman (Karpinsky) completed their undergraduate education at Northern Arizona University from 2009 to 2013. Nichole obtained a degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Public Health during this time. In 2013, they also completed a Certified Nursing Assistant program at the Arizona Medical Training Institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nichole has pursued various certifications. In October 2013, they obtained CPR certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. In July 2020, they completed several online courses from LinkedIn, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," and "Unconscious Bias."
