Michael Schoen is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the founder of Little Big Hospitality, Schoen is set to launch The Beginning, a unique family members club in New York in 2024. As co-founder and CEO of A Retail Space, Schoen introduced a novel model for selecting retail locations, earning a spot in the prestigious Toronto Techstars Accelerator program. At Savitt Partners LLC, as a partner, Schoen represents leading advertising and fashion companies in New York City real estate transactions, while also overseeing business development efforts. Previously, Schoen co-founded Space 530, creating a premier showroom environment that transformed offerings in New York City's fashion district. Earlier in career, Schoen gained valuable experience as an executive assistant to music executive Damon Dash, contributing to diverse projects across music, film, and business.
