Mindaugas Kiznis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mindaugas started their career in 2006 as a Solution Designer and Integrator for the Computer Grid project LitGRID, where they played a key role in creating a Grid network for scientific calculations. Mindaugas then worked as an IT Consultant and Solution Designer at JSC INTERDATA, where they developed a web hosting management and monitoring solution. From 2007 to 2008, Mindaugas was an IT Consultant and Solution Designer at JSC BGM, where they implemented cost-effective IT solutions for various customers.
In 2008, Mindaugas joined CSC as a Solutions Architect, leading the design, planning, and implementation coordination of different projects, including server consolidation and virtualization initiatives. Mindaugas later took on the role of Transformation Lead Architect, participating in a large-scale transformation and transition program.
In 2014, Mindaugas co-founded PlaceILive.com / KurGyvenu.lt, where they served as the co-founder and CTO. Mindaugas contributed to the development and growth of the company until 2019. In 2018, they also co-founded and served as the CTO of Hyperb, a software design and development agency specializing in real estate products.
Mindaugas continued their career as the CTO at A Retail Space in 2017 before joining Reiz Tech as an IT Architect in 2019. Mindaugas is currently working as an IT Consultant at Kiznis.com since April 2019.

Mindaugas Kiznis completed their secondary education at Šiauliai "Romuvos" secondary school from 1991 to 2003. Mindaugas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Vilnius University, which they completed from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Mindaugas obtained several certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt in December 2012, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 R2, Server Virtualization from Microsoft in May 2012, VMware Certified Professional (VCP5, vSphere 5) from VMware in November 2011, VMware Certified Professional (VCP4, vSphere 4) from VMware in October 2009, and VMware Certified Professional (VCP3, VI 3.5) from VMware in October 2007.
