Jake Litteral

Jake Litteral is an experienced professional in the field of title abstracting and training, currently serving as a Trainer at ASK Services since May 2018. In this role, Jake specializes in onboarding new Title Abstractors and Examiners while providing ongoing support and mentorship related to real estate title processes. Prior to this position, Jake worked as a Title Abstractor and Examiner at ASK Services, where responsibilities included title abstracting and examination for both residential and commercial properties. Jake’s career began at Hallmark Title, LLC, as a Title Assistant, where support for title underwriting services and various office tasks were provided. Jake holds a Master of Humanities with a focus on Continental Philosophy and American Pragmatism and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and German from Wright State University. Additionally, Jake obtained a GED from Xenia High School.
