Dirk Korbee

Dirk Korbee is the Chief Financial & Risk Officer at Aegon Cappital since October 2017, responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, and risk management. Additionally, Dirk serves on the board of Stichting Aegon Beleggingsgiro and has held various significant roles at Aegon Nederland, including Finance Director for Aegon Retirement Solutions and Director of Finance & Risk for multiple business units. Dirk's extensive career includes over a decade at Deloitte Nederland, focusing on pension advisory, and earlier experience at Arthur Andersen & Co. Dirk holds a Master's degree in Financial Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, is a Certified Actuary from the Actuarieel Instituut, and has a Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.
