John Kruidhof

John Kruidhof MBA is an experienced software architect and lead developer currently working at a.s.r. verzekeringen since October 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development of in-house CDD applications that enhance productivity. Prior to this, John was a lead developer and software architect at Aegon Nederland from June 2017 to October 2023, where a diverse range of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, were utilized. Earlier experiences include roles at DICTU as Product Manager for Web Technology, as a writer and speaker at Evenwichtskunstenaar.nl, and as a coach and therapist at Praktijk Ware Ik. John began his career at Aegon Nederland, serving as a project manager and Java software engineer from July 2000 to December 2010, and previously worked as a C++ software engineer at Ordina. John holds an MBA in Information Management from NCOI and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from NHL Hogeschool.
