Marieke Alkema-Kusters

Marieke Alkema-Kusters is a seasoned professional in process management, currently serving as Procesmanager Zorg at a.s.r. verzekeringen since September 2021, where activities focus on executing change processes within the healthcare segment using Agile Scrum methodologies. Prior to this, Marieke spent over 14 years at Mediq in various roles including Processpecialist Backoffice, where expertise was developed in administrative workflows, and as a Local Business Process Manager, overseeing the implementation of an ERP/CRM system. Leadership skills were further honed while managing a team within the Machtigingen department. Earlier professional experiences included administrative and support roles in diverse companies. Marieke is pursuing continuing education at NCOI Opleidingen and NHA Distance Learning, building on a solid educational foundation from ID College and Minkema College.
