Robert de Winter

Robert De Winter currently serves as Manager of IT Security at a.s.r. verzekeringen, where oversight of the Security Operations Center and policy-level responsibility for IT security officers are key duties. Previously, at de Volksbank, Robert held multiple managerial roles including Manager of IT IAM and Workspace Services, responsible for enabling secure and efficient employee work environments, and Manager of Cyber Resilience, focusing on enhancing resilience against cyber threats through a multidisciplinary approach. Prior experience includes managerial and coordination roles in project management, analysis, and testing at SNS Bank, Achmea, and Vodafone Netherlands, with significant involvement in large banking projects and infrastructure migrations. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from Tilburg University and has pursued additional education in E-Business and Cyber Security.
