Andy Wiles

Andy Wiles is an experienced professional in reward management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Reward Director (Europe) at A.S. Watson since June 2007, Andy oversees comprehensive reward strategies. Prior to this role, Andy was the Director of Reward at 3 UK from January 2001 to March 2007, playing a pivotal role during the company's start-up phase and managing a team responsible for all facets of employee compensation. Earlier experience includes positions as Head of Compensation at Rank Group and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Oracle Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive pay and incentive programs across diverse employee populations. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in European Studies from The Polytechnic of Wolverhampton and A Levels in Economics, French, and German from Yeovil Sixth Form College.
