Lisa Marino has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on the care and rehabilitation of youth and individuals in secure settings. Currently serving as CFS Supervisor, Youth Transitional Coordinator, and Case Worker at A Second Chance, Inc. since October 2016, Lisa has previously held positions such as Community Support Specialist at Transitional Services and Peer Counselor at multiple organizations including Mars Home for Youth and Abraxas Youth and Family Services. Lisa's background includes extensive responsibilities in enforcing facility rules, providing therapeutic services, and contributing to clients' social and emotional growth. Lisa is certified in the Sanctuary Model, CPR, and TCI. Prior to this career, Lisa worked as a Corrections Officer at Allegheny County Jail, gaining experience in inmate management and collaboration with mental health resources. Additional experience includes a supervisory role in food and beverage operations at TGIFridays. Education was completed at the Community College of Allegheny County.
