Diana Dumitru

Diana Dumitru has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Diana started their career as a Senior Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from June 1990 to August 1992. Diana then worked as a Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they owned and worked as a Pastry Chef at Cakes Plus / Ultimate Brownies from 1997 to October 2011. Diana also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Brand Castle from March 2012 to August 2012. Diana then became a Pastry Chef and Co-Owner at Patisserie 42 / Ultimate Brownies from August 2012 to September 2015. From September 2015 to November 2020, they served as the General Manager and later as the Catering Sales Manager at A Taste of Excellence Catering. Since November 2020, Diana has been working as a Realtor at Keller Williams Citywide. In March 2021, they took up the role of Assistant to the Vice President at A Taste of Excellence. And currently, they hold the position of Realtor at Century 21 HomeStar.

Diana Dumitru completed their education at Oberlin College from 1986 to 1990, earning a BA in Economics. Following this, they attended Johnson & Wales University from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Baking and Pastry.
