Lysiane Charest

Lysiane Charest has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Lysiane started their career as a Statistical Analyst and Analyst in various companies, including TD Meloche Monnex, Groupe Géobusiness, Banque Laurentienne, and The Co-operators. In 2012, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst and Team Lead at Woozworld Inc. Lysiane then served as the Business Intelligence Director at Execution Labs, where they invested in game studios. Lysiane also worked at Outerminds as a Producer and later as a Monetization & Game Analytics specialist. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Mino Games as the Head of Product & Analytics Director, overseeing the development and release of Cat Game. Since 2017, Lysiane has also been working as a Freelancer, providing strategic support, auditing and designing company processes, and working as a Product Manager. Currently, they are employed by A Thinking Ape as the Data & Analytics Lead.

Lysiane Charest completed their education at HEC Montréal from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Intelligence, specializing in Business Intelligence with a thesis. Prior to that, they attended the Université de Sherbrooke from 2006 to 2009, completing a Bachelor's degree with internships in Mathematics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lysiane has obtained several certifications from Scrum.org. In July 2018, they achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification, followed by the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification in January 2018. Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) certification.
