Rodolfo Santos

Rodolfo Santos has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Rodolfo began their career in 1992 at APG, where they gained a strong foundation in IT by working on various tasks such as IT Help Desk support, database and program management, and event management. This experience allowed him to apply theoretical knowledge gained in college to practical situations and solidify their decision to pursue a career in IT.

In 1999, Santos joined ZON Multimédia as an IT Architect and Manager, responsible for strategic projects and leading a middleware/integration team. Rodolfo played a significant role in overseeing the development and operation of the Tibco platform.

In 2008, Santos joined Portugal Telecom as an Enterprise Architect, where they contributed to the company's architectural decisions and strategy for nearly a decade.

From 2017 to 2019, Santos worked at Vision-Box as a Lead Solution Architect. Rodolfo was responsible for ensuring project deliverables aligned with requirements and product features, defining IT product guidelines, and managing the Solution Architecture team.

Currently, Santos is employed at A-to-Be since 2019. Rodolfo has held various roles, including Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of Architecture, Product ITS Central Systems. Their responsibilities encompass defining development and test methodologies, coordinating with key users, defining architecture across different products, and ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines and IT architecture.

Rodolfo Santos' education history begins in 1993 when they attended Liceu Pedro Nunes, focusing on the IT area. Rodolfo then pursued a degree in Computer Science at COCITE, where they graduated in 1994. From 1995 to 1998, Rodolfo studied at UNI, majoring in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Rodolfo Santos has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they became a High Potential Executive through a program offered by Heidrick & Struggles. The following year, in 2014, they obtained certifications in TOGAF 9 and Membership in the Association of Enterprise Architects. Also in 2014, they completed the Dynamic Leadership Certification program offered by DYNAMIC Group Consulting. Most recently, in 2017, Rodolfo received training in Network Function Virtualization Architecture and Principles from Apis IP-Solutions Training AB.
