Crystal Anderson

Crystal Anderson is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in event production and management. Co-founding a very good job (AVGJ) in March 2020, Crystal serves as Head of Creative at this award-winning agency. Prior to AVGJ, Crystal held roles such as Senior Producer at Man Repeller, where event strategies were developed, and Producer at Refinery29, where significant contributions were made to the 29Rooms project. Earlier experience also includes roles at Vance Garrett Productions, Tough Mudder Inc., and IMG, where Crystal excelled in producing high-profile events and managing client relationships. Crystal Anderson holds a degree from Howard University.
