Kutyrlo Yuliya

Kutyrlo Yuliya has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the CS&SP Planning Group Manager and previously as a CS&SP Planning Engineer at А1 Беларусь since January 2020. Prior roles include Leading Engineer at LLC “Lifetech” (Turkcell Group) from December 2017 to December 2019, and various positions at CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network from 2007 to December 2019, including Core Network Planning Unit Engineer and Telecommunication Engineer. Yuliya completed education at the Higher State College of Communication from 2001 to 2008.
