Ruslan Melnik

Ruslan Melnik has extensive experience in IT and operations, currently serving as the Head of IT Solutions Development and Operations Department at velcom since October 2015. Melnik also holds the position of Head of Development and Operational of IT Infrastructure Division at А1 Беларусь since August 2019. Previous roles include serving as a System Administrator at both FE VELCOM and А1 Беларусь, as well as leading IT solutions development and operations at FE "VELCOM" from 2002 to 2010.
