Christian Hauke has over two decades of experience in various roles within the IT and airline sectors. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at A1 Digital since January 2018, Christian previously held the position of Senior Specialist Distribution & Technology at Austrian Airlines, focusing on the development of new distribution capabilities and trend scouting. Earlier roles included IT Infrastructure Manager and Webshop Administrator at CNC City Network Projectmanagement GmbH, and multiple positions at Austrian Airlines, including Senior Developer eCommerce and Teamleader for Miles&More Senator Service. Christian's career began in customer service roles, including a Helpdesk Telefonagent at T-Mobile. Educated at the Austrian School of Applied Studies with a Diploma in Business Management and Marketing and trained as a Hotelkaufmann at Hotelfachschule MODUL, Christian combines technical expertise with a solid foundation in customer service and management.
