James McInerney

James McInerney is currently the Head of Estimating at A1 Estimates. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Estimator at ADCO Constructions and Behmer & Wright Pty Ltd.

James has over 14 years of experience in the estimating field and has worked on a variety of projects, including aged care, local government, education, sporting complexes, aquatic centres, community services, apartments and judicial projects.

Throughout their career, James has gained a reputation for being an accurate and detail-oriented estimator. James is also known for their ability to train and mentor construction cadets.

Some of James’s recent achievements include successfully completing tenders up to 100M in value and participating in the ADCO Leaders program.

James McInerney has a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) from the Master Builders Association of Victoria, a Certificate III in Business from Link Employment, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Construction Management (Deferred) at Deakin University. James has also completed their VCE at Parade College.
