Ashima Anand

Ashima Anand has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Ashima is currently employed as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer at A10 Networks, Inc since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an InterOperability QA Engineer at Aruba Networks from May 2019 to June 2020.

From May 2015 to May 2019, they held multiple roles at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, including Data Analysis Engineer and Quality Assurance Test Engineer. In these roles, they analyzed network data, identified issues, and provided recommendations for improvement, as well as conducted testing and managed test environments.

Before their time at Aruba, Ashima worked as a Wi-fi Test Engineer at Broadcom Limited from September 2014 to January 2015. Ashima was responsible for performance and interoperability testing of access point chipsets.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Test Engineer at Qualcomm from August 2013 to September 2014, specializing in interoperability testing and performance analysis of Wi-Fi solutions.

Ashima's early work experience includes their time as an Associate Technology Analyst at Syracuse University from September 2012 to May 2013, where they conducted performance testing and analyzed WLAN performance, as well as performing wireless site surveys.

Ashima began their career as a Network Executive at Tata Communications from January 2009 to July 2011, where they managed the Network Operation Centre for submarine fiber optic cable systems and coordinated troubleshooting and resolution of technical faults.

Ashima Anand completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College between 2004 and 2008. Ashima then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications and Network Management from Syracuse University from 2011 to 2013.
