Chris Wayne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris most recently served as the Head of Information Technology at A10 Networks, Inc. starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were a member of the MBV Board of Counselors at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business starting in June 2021.
From 2018 to 2022, Chris worked at Verizon Business, initially as the General Manager of Web Platforms and Verizon Small Business Essentials from November 2021 to June 2022. Chris then transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer at Yahoo Small Business from February 2018 to November 2021.

Before their time at Yahoo, Chris worked as a Systems Engineer at FusionOne from September 2000 to October 2004. Chris also has prior military experience as a Combat Engineer in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army from December 1996 to August 2000.
Chris Wayne's education history includes a Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) degree from USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed from 2020 to 2021. Chris also completed the Engineering Leadership Professional Program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2015. Chris Wayne obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration Marketing from San Jose State University, which they finished from 2000 to 2004.
