Matt Heffernan is an experienced banking professional with a robust background in customer service and branch management. Currently serving as Branch Manager at American 1 Credit Union since June 2021, Matt has also held positions as Assistant Branch Manager and Member Service Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this role, Matt worked at County National Bank from June 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included Customer Service Representative-New Accounts and Treasury Management Specialist. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baker College.
