Dima Tish

Dima Tish has extensive work experience in the software quality assurance field. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Itransition, starting as a QA Engineer and progressing to the Head of QA Automation department. In this role, they focused on test automation and performance testing, overseeing projects, managing teams, and contributing to marketing and sales activities.

In 2009, Dima joined a1qa as the Head of the consulting team and Process Manager. Dima'sresponsibilities included implementing balanced scorecard and KPIs, automating business processes, and developing metrics for SQA processes. Dima also worked on SQA consulting projects and had a good understanding of software development methodologies.

In July 2020, Dima became the VP of Global Business Development at a1qa, leveraging their MBA degree. As of now, they continue in this role, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Dima Tish completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from the Belorussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 1999 and 2005.
