Elena Frolova

Elena Frolova has work experience as a Talent Development Business Partner at a1qa since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Minsk City Centre for Family and Children from November 2014 to January 2021. Their roles at the centre included Head of department/Psychologist and Public relations specialist. As Head of department/Psychologist, they were responsible for managing, analyzing, and controlling the work of the department. As a Public relations specialist, their responsibilities included ensuring organizational and methodological activities, organizing trainings and conferences, and implementing social projects.

Elena Frolova attended the Russian State Social University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Management in the Social Sphere. Elena then pursued further education at the Republican Institute for Qualification Enhancement and Retraining of Personnel from 2014 to 2016, earning another Specialist degree, this time in Psychology.
