Mihail Kuznetsov

Mihail Kuznetsov has a strong background in program management and quality assurance. Mihail began their career at Sberbank in 2004, where they worked as an Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and eventually Chief Engineer until 2011. In 2011, they joined Itransition Group, where they held various roles such as QA Engineer, QA Team Lead, and QA Project Manager until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at a1qa, initially as a QA Project Coordinator and later as a Unit Manager and Program Manager. In their most recent role at a1qa, they managed a team of 70+ QA Leads and Engineers, leading the transformation of a large team into several cross-functional teams.

Mihail Kuznetsov obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, which they attended from 1999 to 2004. In 2008, they pursued another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Business/Managerial Economics, from the Belarusian State University, completing it in 2011. Furthermore, they have obtained several additional certifications, including Management 3.0 from ICAgile in 2018, Modeling Basics: Reading UML, BPMN, and EPC Charts from QA Academy in 2016, Pragmatic negotiation training from QA Academy in 2015, Training for trainers from QA Academy in 2015, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in 2014, Life/Time Management from "Центр Бизнес Решений" in 2014, and ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2013.
