Valery Kirakosyan

Valery Kirakosyan has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Valery began their career as a Volunteer at the Social Services Center for Youth "Chance" from June 2009 to August 2011, where they organized social club work, implemented local social projects, and provided comprehensive social assistance to young people.

In 2018, Valery joined ER-Telecom as a Senior Telemarketing Specialist, a role they held until April 2019.

From June 2019 to October 2020, Valery worked as a Customer Care Specialist and Marketplace Manager at the National Satellite Company, CJSC. In this role, they provided technical advice to clients, promoted additional services, and managed the company's marketplace.

Valery then moved on to JSC "ER-Telecom Holding" in December 2020 and served as a Corporate Client Manager until October 2022. In this position, they supported corporate clients, resolved issues, implemented measures to retain clients, managed accounts receivable, and handled document flow and departmental interactions.

Currently, Valery is a QA Intern at a1qa since November 2022, where they are undergoing training in functional testing, executing test projects, preparing test documentation and quality reports, and performing technical and test tasks. Valery is slated to become a QA Engineer starting June 2023.

Valery Kirakosyan has a diverse education history. In 2012, they started their education journey at Omsk State Transport University, where they pursued a Specialist degree in Customs Affairs and Law. Valery completed their studies in 2015. Following this, Valery attended Moscow State University of Technology and Management from 2015 to 2016, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In 2021, Valery enrolled in the Yandex School of Data Analysis to further their education in the field of Information Technology. Valery pursued a degree in QA Engineering and completed their studies in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Valery has also obtained a certification from Codecademy. In January 2023, they successfully completed the Learn SQL Course offered by Codecademy.
