Neil Bulger

Neil Bulger is the founder and principal at A2 Efficiency, a professional consulting company specializing in sustainable building practices. Prior to this, Neil was a co-founder and principal at Red Car Analytics, a high-performance building consulting company. Neil has a background in building performance engineering and has worked at Integral Group, Inc. as a principal and at Cuesta College as a co-teacher. Neil has also worked at Rumsey Engineers, organized the California Energy Tour, and interned at various engineering companies. Neil holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
