Usman Hayat

Usman Hayat has been working in the technical support field since 2008. Usman began their career at Salaar Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2008, they moved to JaguarPC as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Arvixe.com as a Senior Technical Support Admin and Chat Staff Trainer and a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2015, they became a Technical Support Ninja at asmallorange.com. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Team Lead at CodeItForMe, LLC. Most recently, they have been a Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead at A2 Hosting since 2019.

Usman Hayat obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila between 2009 and 2014.
