Amanda-Jane Foglia

Amanda-Jane Foglia is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Group Head of People and Culture at The a2 Milk Company since April 2021. Previously, Amanda-Jane held the position of Group Director Human Capital at The iQ Group Global, where responsibilities included establishing a Human Capital function. Prior roles include HR Consultant at Rochfort Workplace Solutions, Head of Human Resources ANZ for Pfizer Animal Health, and Human Resources Director ANZ for Novartis' Eye Care Division. Amanda-Jane's career began at Wyeth BioPharma as Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific. Educational credentials include a Master of Business in Human Resources Management and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as studies in Psychology Concepts at the University of South Australia.
