Phil Renfrey

Phil Renfrey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and commercial leadership across multiple industries. Notable positions include Group Head of Finance – FP&A and Group Head of Commercial at The a2 Milk Company, as well as Head of Off Trade & Strategic Planning at Roust/Russian Standard Vodka. Phil has also held various roles at Campbell Arnott's, where responsibilities spanned revenue and pricing strategy management, alongside a foundation in accounting from PwC Australia and Zurich Financial Services. Phil earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a Co-op Scholarship in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, following an education at Knox Grammar School.
